The heart and emphasis of my work is in helping people create a life filled with more joy, inner peace, forgiveness, and self love. My philosophy is to awaken your senses and nurture your soul. I “intuively” combine the best of modern and ancient spiritual aroma-spa therapies to enhance the mind, body and spirit. 

I am known as a "Holistic Healer". A Reiki and Seichim Master, Crystal Healing Practitioner, Aromatherapist, Ear Candling Practitioner and Ionic Foot Detox Practitioner. 

My training also includes: Light Frequency Essences, Chakra Energy Healing, Meditation Masters, Holistic Beauty, Joya Massage, Spa Management, Botanical Skincare, Aromatherapy Spa, Ritual Aromatherapy, Shamanic Healing and Spiritual Connection.

My aim is for you to feel a deep sense of serenity - mindfulness calm as we all discover our own journey to Spiritual Wellness and Blessed Harmony.

Avalon InLa’Kesh is an unique combination of retail and Holistic Healing Centre. Crystal Shop. Aromatherapy Specialist. Health and Beauty Shop. Wellness Centre. Spiritual CommUnity. Alternative & Holistic Health Service (coming to Mount Gambier).  A space for our Limestone Coast Spiritual CommUnity to flourish and grow. The goodies I present are centred around Crystals, aromatherapy, plant based beauty, no harsh chemicals, the unique, left of centre and inner wellness. Many of the products, brands and services you won’t find anywhere else in Mount Gambier. Along with a variety of specialist brands I also craft my own range of skincare, essential oil blends, chakra oils and perfume oils plus also support other local ranges and handcrafted items.

Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy healing that channels Chi (Ki) or life energy that is around and within us, to re-balance the body for healing and well-being. The application of Reiki bring energetic balance back to the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional levels allowing healing to occur as the Reiki Practitioner lays their hands on or just above the body of the recipient. Reiki is non-invasive and extremely relaxing. It is not necessary to have faith or believe in Reiki for it to work. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”

Seichim

If you think of Reiki as the "White Light" of Healing then think of Seichim as the "Rainbow Light" of Healing. Seichim (pronounced Say keem or Say sheem) is believed to be an ancient healing system from Egypt going back as far as Atlantis. The heiroglyph Sekhem translates "powers of powers" and two upraised hands designate the symbol. Reiki and Seichim work wonderfully well together and can be combined in the same Healing Session.

Crystal Light Bed Therapy "Crystal Bath"

BY uniquely incorporating Light, Colour, Crystals and holding clear energetic space, your experience will be out of this world! It may be bold for me to say such a thing but these sessions are one of the most complete therapeutic experiences available. 

You lie on the therapy bed fully clothed, facing upwards, covered in a white sheet overlay. 

During this time you will be exposed to the spectral light Crystal Therapy and Chromatherapy (Colour Therapy). By having a Crystal Light Bed Therapy Session, you are in fact having a Crystal Bath! In other words, you are bathing and cleansing your Chakras in Colour and Crystal Healing Energy. Each Vogel Crystal is made up of the colour of the chakras and are set on a special vibrational frequency to clean and balance your chakras.

Ear Candling

Ear Candles were used traditionally to cleanse and harmonise the different energy fields of the individual (aura), in preparation for the state of trance and to drive out negative energies. This may seem a strange concept to the modern observer but the use of ear candles evolved in an age where therapy and spiritual life formed a natural unit. Ear Candling dates back as far as 2500BC and can benefit almost anyone. Ear Candling creates a vacuum of warm air laced with healing herbs which encourages the drawing of excess Ear Wax out the ear and into the Ear Candle. Wax toxins are drawn not only from the ear, but from the sinus, lymph glands and dental area. Ear Candling has been known to open your third eye, as being a thermo-therapy accompanying heat and light and a slight vacuum, it balances the hemispheres giving you open-ness clarity of insight and vision. Ear candling is non invasive and actually quite relaxing!

Ionic Foot Detox Spa

During a treatment, the feet are placed into a foot basin filled with warm water and Himalayan Crystal Salt. An 'array' connected to a power unit is also placed into the water to emit a low-voltage resonant electrical current (consisting of an alternating positive and negative charge). This current electronically charges the water, resulting in the saline water becoming separated into both positive and negative ions, to create a process known as 'ionisation'. Research shows that ionisation is extremely benefical to the human body. An excessive amount of positive ions in the body which is all too common these days can lead to illness, inflammation and dis-ease. The re-introduction of balanced cellular energy allows the body to increase its oxygen supply to all the organs of the body and kick-start any processes that the body may not be performing effectively. Ionisation therefore improves health, enhances well-being and erstores natural harmony.
