Neuro Linguistic Programming is an accumulation of tools that change the way you think & feel to produce the results you want.

Rather than traditional therapies that look at the cause of your problems and how you arrived there, NLP investigates through self-discovery what you want to achieve, what’s stopping you and installs the thinking necessary to achieve that.

Our Trainer

Justin O'Hehir was his Mum's primary carer after she developed Schizophrenia in 1995 when he was 14. He knows the importance of good mental health and trauma recovery.

Since then, Justin has gone on to combine his love for helping others with NLP, Hypnotherapy and coaching to help thousands of people with a range of problems in business, relationships, families, mental illness ad well as worked with some of Australia’s highest performing athletes on mindset.

Justin has a wealth of experience in mindset, NLP, hypnotherapy, psychology and high performance that he shares with students to ensure they maximise their training with Inspired Results.

Our Training Calander

We have made a commitment not to train our NLP online. While this was hard on us though covid, we are convinced that adaquite supervision is not possible wihtout being in the room to assist our students to learn the tools in the most supportive way.
